Chengdu TSEET was established in March 2023. Founder Qu Dongming is a member of the China Standardization Technical Committee, an expert in the electric vehicle charging industry of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and has won the Qingdao Outstanding Talent Award and the Shandong Taishan Innovation Leading Talent Award. He has obtained 48 patents and published 13 papers. TSEET operates three physical enterprises, engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, sales, and construction of energy routers, core equipment for microgrids. In January 2025, the TSEET Beijing Research Institute was established in Beijing, mainly responsible for the transformation of scientific research achievements and product industrialization.
The company mainly focuses on the construction of microgrid systems based on new energy sources, and is involved in three major fields: research and development of power electronic system equipment, power equipment manufacturing, and power engineering construction. On the one hand, it perfects the full life cycle management of products from research and development, manufacturing to engineering operation and maintenance, ensuring that products are iteratively upgraded in a market-oriented manner; on the other hand, it provides customers with EPC full-value chain intelligent one-stop service from design, products to engineering construction.

The TSEET microgrid management system consists of distributed power sources, energy storage devices, charging and discharging devices, energy conversion devices, power loads, monitoring and protection devices, etc., forming a user-side small-scale power generation, storage, transformation, and distribution system. The entire system is connected to the energy management platform, and the overall system is linked by intelligent power distribution equipment to improve operational efficiency and create a microgrid model that is autonomous in power generation, economical in energy use, autonomous in scheduling, worry-free in energy use, and autonomous in operation and maintenance.
